GTM Engineer

We are looking for a data-driven, automation-obsessed GTM Engineer to help us optimize and scale our revenue operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Systematize and Automate GTM Motions – Build repeatable, scalable workflows to streamline demand generation, outbound sales, and revenue operations.
- Leverage AI and Automation Tools – Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools like Clay, Smart Lead, Leadfeeder, Unify, Warmly, Amplemarket, Expandi and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Run Data-Driven GTM Experiments – Design, test, and refine strategies for customer acquisition, activation, and pipeline growth through rigorous experimentation.
- Optimize Growth Funnels – Use data to improve ICP targeting, lead scoring, segmentation, and conversion processes.
- Measure, Analyze, and Refine – Own reporting and insights across GTM performance, attribution models, and campaign ROI.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize pipeline efficiency.
What We Are Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, revenue operations, sales, business development, or a related technical role (consulting or founder experience is a plus).
- A systems thinker with a structured, process-driven mindset and a passion for building repeatable GTM workflows.
- Data-driven and growth-minded, skilled at analyzing data, running experiments, and iterating to improve pipeline efficiency.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, edtech, fintech, or API-driven businesses with a focus on outbound, inbound, or PLG (product-led growth).
- Familiar with modern GTM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Clay, UnifyGTM, or similar growth automation platforms.
- Tech-savvy with AI-first automation skills—you may not need to code, but you should be comfortable leveraging AI and automation to maximize output.
- A strong communicator who can collaborate across teams and drive strategic initiatives forward.
